"Our Mission"

Jaret Martino Productions creates awareness films for subjects deserving more attention. We're committed to hiring predominantly female crews. Statistically only 7% of women get hired for production jobs.

We believe the art of storytelling is as necessary to humans as breathing. Filmmaking, one of the most treasured art forms of the twenty-first century, has the potential to shine light and shadow on the wonders and complexities of the human experience.  Art is an idea at inception and, like a seed, has the potential to become a flower or tree with proper care and resources. We continue to nurture our story through Distribution; but filmmaking is as much a business venture as an art. Therefore, donations are a necessary resource to allow our artistic endeavor to grow into a cinematic event.

We invite you to join our DONNA - Stronger Than Pretty family and share in the joy of this feature film by investing whatever financial assistance you can. Support us with your donation below.  For tax deductible contributions click on our fiscal sponsors logo above Film Independent.

We've partnered with the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, formed in 1978, is a national membership organization that represents grassroots organizations and individuals working to assist and empower battered women and their children. NCADV also promotes the development of programs that meet the special needs of battered women.

NCADV'S VISION
The vision of NCADV is to create a culture where domestic violence is not tolerated; and where society empowers victims and survivors, and holds abusers accountable.

NCADV'S MISSION
NCADV is the voice of victims and survivors. We are the catalyst for changing society to have zero tolerance for domestic violence. We do this by affecting public policy, increasing understanding of the impact of domestic violence, and providing programs and education that drive that change.
